OLPD works in partnership with Scottish Institute of Business Leaders
The Scottish Institute of Business Leaders (SIBL) supports CEOs and MDs in corporates and SMEs to develop themselves and their businesses. Members include public and voluntary sector CEOs and senior managers. Members meet monthly to explore a current issue with a world class speaker and then address business and leadership challenges of their own choice in Action Learning sets. They often describe these as equivalent to having access to 6 to 10 non executives for one day a month, who assist them in getting themselves and their business to the next level.
SIBL 1
Robin Burgess of OLPD has supported Drew Pryde (SIBL Chairman) since SIBL's inception in 2003 as Organisation Development Director. His facilitation skills have added creative edge to the action learning sessions. Through occasional workshops he challenges "more of the same", stimulating new paradigm approaches to complex leadership and business issues.
