Coaching Senior NHS Executives and Clinical Leaders

OLPD now works closely with two prestigious programmes to bring Chief Officer and Senior Leadership coaching into the NHS. Robin Burgess has joined the coaching faculty at the Centre for Innovation in Health Management (CIHM) at the University of Leeds Business School, as well as the "Delivering the Future", strategic national Clinical Leadership Programme for the NHS in Scotland. Both programmes stimulate creativity and innovation, providing individual support to leaders in the NHS in the face of significant organisational challenges and opportunities. Leadership in public services today requires facilitating complex systems with partners through major transformational change.
