Action Learning Research Paper
- This published paper came from research into the effectiveness of Robin's first major Action Learning Sets within a Management Development Programme. Read it here. He has since facilitated scores of ALS programmes and developed an innovative, experiential Facilitator Training Programme for Action Learning. The Training the Trainers of Facilitators Programme now adds a further dimension of sustainability.
